- The Journal of Economic Perspectives is a great example of the kind of "sub-journal" writing I mentioned in my first post, they explicitly mention filling the gap between general press and academic journals.
- As far as psychology blogs go, Wired's Frontal Cortex, written by Jonah Lehrer, is my personal choice for favorite read.
- Also worth mentioning: Psychology Wiki and PsychWiki also exist as examples of collaborative effort by psychologists, but it seems more aimed towards psychologists than general interest people.
